Great experience like always!!!

I’ve been eliminating carpeting out of my home(s) and Alex & Tina and their crew at Best Floor Coverings are far superior in every aspect. They were patient and helpful, allowing me to test floor samples in my literal menagerie to find the exact one that delivers what I need, as well as matching well with the first floor hardwood. They were kindly supportive of every aspect of my choices, giving me expert advice to guide and solidify my decision. Amazingly, in a matter of a few days they came in and finished over 1000+ ft of ripping up old carpet, repairing squeaky floor boards, ensuring the pattern orientation of the new LVP, and basically partnered closely with me in every step of the process. A far better and different experience from my previous unhappy and overpriced experiences. I found them from a Facebook recommendation and I have become yet another one of their clients now happy to spread the news about how good they truly are and the remarkable quality of their work. They make sure you are 100% happy and satisfied with the result, right down to the quarter round design, and made it easy without requiring me to move much of anything. Their staff installers were efficient and enjoyable to have in the house. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We have just completed installation of tile floors in the main entryway and primary bathroom, and replacement of our carpeting. Alex was very helpful and easy to work with throughout. He helped select the materials, including recommending a supplier for tile to match some from 25 years ago. The installation guys did a beautiful job, worked well alongside other contractors, were prompt and very professional. We are delighted with our new floors!

I purchased tile and contracted Alex as the general contractor for my master bathroom renovation. The total job plus my own materials was at 20k. I had him install high end fixtures and components. Alex provided the design and installers. He was on top of it all. He did a great job of preparing and covering the traffic space through my house. I am really grateful for him and his wife (also provided design input). I look forward to working with him in the future and wish him all the success!

Alex and team did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel with installation of heated tile floor and tiled shower and surround. Alex communicated promptly and patiently throughout the process from estimate to completion. He listened to design choices and communicated them clearly to the team. We are so happy with the result. We got an electrical floor heating with beautiful tile floor installed in our basement bedroom. We love it! No more mold, no more cold feet, comfortable air ! The crew was professional, on time, very accurate and paid attention to the details. Thank you Mr. Alex and thank you flooring installers

His crew was outstanding! They efficiently removed the existing floors, including some tile, and kept the work site tidy. I’m a picky customer in general, but their attention to detail blew me away. My vinyl plank floors have been installed for about a month now. Both the installation and customer service from Tina were a great experience! Tina worked tirelessly to find the floors I wanted within my budget, and made it all happen within record time as we had a new baby soon to arrive at the house. Our installer worked with professionalism and perfection. The finished product is as seamless as it gets. I have already recommended them, and will continue to do so! Satisfied customer.

Excellent communication as they always showed up on time or called when they were supposed to. The work was professional, they cleaned up very well after their work each day, and the end product is outstanding! Highly recommend them and will use them again!

I had Mr Tile & Flooring install laminate floors throughout my entire house and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. Alex was great, and very responsive, and the material they used is fantastic. The floors made my house feel brand new. Everyone who comes over says they love my floors! Their prices were reasonable and there were no hidden costs, they give you an itemized budget for everything beforehand and have open communication throughout the process. I would recommend them!

I went to the store with a small project in mind, Met with Alex and he had some great ideas which actually grew my project into something much larger. There was so many options to choose from and with me being picky person it took hours to select something I liked. The Mr Tile & Flooring team did an outstanding job on our master bath remodel. The entire project took under 2 weeks and the team was fantastic to work with. Best selection of quality tile in MR TILE & FLOORS. After looking at a few other places, my designer met me here to pick out new bathroom tile. I can’t wait to see it installed! I loved the professional service and friendly showroom. Would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family.

They have a great selection and great prices. Tina and Laura were knowledgeable and great to work with. On a busy day they even accommodated a last minute change I made after the bill was all prepared. John was super helpful packing up too. A great team all around.
