We had an awesome experience with Best Floor Coverings! Alex and his crew—Victor and Andrew—did an amazing job installing hardwood floors throughout our entire house, including two staircases. The floors look absolutely beautiful, and the staircases turned out even better than we imagined. Alex gave us a really good deal, and you can tell he truly cares about quality and making sure everything turns out right. Victor and Andrew worked hard, paid attention to the little details, and kept everything super clean throughout the project. I had a great experience working with Alex. He was very thorough when he came over to review our project and take measurements. He made me feel comfortable along the way and was helpful and available to answer all of my questions. Our project was not a large project (just tiling around our existing soaking tub) but he still treated us as an important client. We were able to visit the showroom with short notice to view the tile options. The timeliness of scheduling the project and the completion was also positive. There were some concerns I had with the installation but he quickly resolved them and we are super happy with the final product.

Alex and his crew Victor and Andre did an excellent job completing installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout our house. They were on time and finished the work quickly. I've been eliminating carpeting out of my home(s) and Alex & Tina and their crew at Best Floor Coverings are far superior in every aspect. They were patient and helpful, allowing me to test floor samples in my literal menagerie to find the exact one that delivers what I need, as well as matching well with the first floor hardwood. They were kindly supportive of every aspect of my choices, giving me expert advice to guide and solidify my decision. Amazingly, in a matter of a few days they came in and finished over 1000+ ft of ripping up old carpet, repairing squeaky floor boards, ensuring the pattern orientation of the new LVP, and basically partnered closely with me in every step of the process. A far better and different experience from my previous unhappy and overpriced experiences. I found them from a Facebook recommendation and I have become yet another one of their clients now happy to spread the news about how good they truly are and the remarkable quality of their work. They make sure you are 100% happy and satisfied with the result, right down to the quarter round design, and made it easy without requiring me to move much of anything. Their staff installers were efficient and enjoyable to have in the house. I can't recommend them highly enough!

If Google allowed 10 stars for reviews, I would give it to Best Floor Coverings. Alex was the best contractor I have ever worked with. I interviewed five other contractors who refused to help me find a hardwood floor option for my 1906 home. Oak hardwood had been installed over the clear fir floors used in the early 1900s, and they were beyond refinishing. All these other contractors insisted I choose vinyl flooring, which would ruined the style of our home , and looked horrible with all our woodwork. Alex helped me find exactly what we needed. The installers did an incredible job and finished our two-story house early. We are remodeling the kitchen next year and will have Best Floor Coverings install hardwood and tile in the kitchen. When it comes to any flooring, or tile work in the future, I will hire Alex and Best Flooring for all my future construction.

I recently hired Alex and his team to fix a poorly installed floor and bathroom from another contractor, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Throughout the entire process of the remodeling project, Alex has been responsive, informative, accommodating and patient. I checked in with a multitude of contractors before deciding on Best Floor Coverings, and I certainly made the right decision. Alex and his crew have exceeded expectations at every step. The quality of their work on the flooring throughout my entire house, as well as the bathroom remodel, has made my family very satisfied. I highly recommend Best Floor Coverings!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! From day 1 Alex was quick to communicate, flexible, patient, helpful and super friendly! Alex worked around my busy work schedule and helped me pick LVP flooring and new baseboards that I absolutely love! Victor and his crew did an amazing job installing my new LVP and worked very hard to get the job done quickly. Unfortunately my subfloor was in poor condition and very uneven, but Alex was there to advise me and answer any questions I had. The crew got right to work applying self lever to fix my subfloor, and despite this set back they finished earlier than expected! It is very evident that Alex, Victor, and the crew take great pride in their work! Everything looked beautiful and Alex made sure everything was perfect and to my liking before the job was finished. The floors turned out perfect, beautiful and I could not be happier with my choice to go with Best Floor Coverings!
